Permitted Use

  • Assets may be used for personal or commercial purposes.
  • Assets may not be shared, redistributed, or given away to third parties.
  • If assets from sgdfantasymaps.com comprise less than 50% of the visual space in your product, attribution is appreciated but not required.
  • If assets comprise more than 50% of the visual space in your product (excluding commissions completed by you), attribution is required. Attribution must clearly state that the assets originated from SGD Fantasy Maps, sgdfantasymaps.com, or SamanthaGaseDesigns. Examples of acceptable attribution include:

  • Free assets and maps (any asset or map with an original price of $0.00) may not be used commercially in any capacity. They may not be displayed as part of a commercial end product, nor may the files be sold or distributed.
  • Assets downloaded from Patreon may be used commercially in the ways described in this Licensing Agreement if one (1) of the following is true: you purchased the Patreon pack from sgdfantasymaps.com, or you are an active member of my highest Patreon tier.

Restrictions

  • You may not resell or redistribute original files or modified versions of assets (free or paid) or maps.
  • Customizations and modifications are permitted for personal use; however, modified versions may not be used to endorse or convey controversial opinions, political ideologies, polarizing social issues, or religious views without explicit written consent.
  • You may not claim the asset or products created from them as your own original work.
  • Regarding commissions completed by you for others, my assets must not constitute more than 50% of the total visual content of the final product without my explicit written agreement.
