What's the difference between buying them here or downloading them through Patreon?

Basically, your commercial use rights. To use these assets commercially*, you must either have an active Patreon membership or purchase the packs individually from my website. If you download these assets from Patreon, you may not use them commercially if your paid membership has expired.
